WoleWise Inc. ("WoleWise", "we", "us") collects technical usage telemetry, contact details provided via inquiry forms, and enterprise client operational specifications strictly to deliver software engineering and AI services.
2. AI Data Retention & Zero-Model Training
WoleWise strictly enforces zero data retention protocols for AI model integrations. Enterprise client document embeddings, RAG search vectors, and proprietary prompts are processed in isolated private VPCs and are NEVER used to train third-party foundation models.
3. HIPAA & SOC2 Compliance
Products such as Doctor & Me adhere to HIPAA encryption protocols (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). We maintain SOC2 Type II security audit compliance to safeguard client systems.
